Life With an 11 Month Old

Since I've been under the weather this week the housework has become a little...neglected. Things are lying around on tables and floors that shouldn't be there when you have a very active and mobile 11 month old in the house. I was in the living room earlier playing with Will on the floor and half-watching some show on tv when I heard a noise in the sun room. Will had wandered away from me when I was zoned into the tv, dumped out this whole bowl of Chex Mix and began to eat it. While I was cleaning up the Chex he ventured on into the kitchen where he grabbed a full cup of milk off the dining room table and nearly poured it out everywhere...but I was swift and caught it first, thank goodness. I have to remember what it's like having a baby in the house that gets into EVERYTHING!!! He's pretty tall and if he stands on his tip toes can reach all the way up to the kitchen counter and pull down whatever might be sitting on the edge. He definitely keeps me on my toes. Good thing he's so darn cute. :)
