A few months back my mom told me of a new family that had just moved into her ward. The family had just come to the States from Cameroon [western Africa] and were about to have a new baby any day. Vashti and her husband Joshua and their little girl Peace were in need of things for their new apartment because they were only able to bring with them what they could fit in their bags on the plane...which isn't much. Upon meeting this family and giving them my small domestic donation I fell in love with their little family and we have become fast friends. My mom and I threw Vashti a baby shower once Baby Joy had arrived. I didn't take many pictures, but here's a few to share.
