Fall Festival

Last night was our ward's Fall Festival/Trunk-or-Treat. It was a big hit. As usual, Halloween ward activities always draw a pretty large crowd and last night definately didn't dissapoint. There were people everywhere. I am on the activities committee with just one other person so it was a lot to prepare for but we had some help which was nice. We had soup and homemade bread to eat and cake for dessert. There was a little costume showcase where all the kids went across the stage and told what they dressed as. Chandler was Iron Man but didn't go across the stage and Kennedy did go across the stage but wouldn't tell anyone who or what she was. She just stood there and gave a little wave then ran off quickly. There were some games and a cupcake walk and then the kids went out to the parking lot for Trunk-or-Treating which is always a hit with the kiddos. All-in-all it was a pretty fun and successful night. Here are a few pictures.

Grammy and Grampy came out to our ward party so that was fun. They helped get everything ready to before it started. My mom can't go somewhere without helping.

This is Madison, my friend Shannan's daughter. Madison made her costume all by herself.

And here is Mackenzie, Shannan's oldest daughter. Her costume I am most proud of because I picked out all the stuff and did her hair and makeup. Take a minute to look every piece of the outfit and see how very 80's it is. :)

This is Helena, Kamika and Elias (spelling?). Helena and Kamika are 2 of the Laurels that I now teach. They are sweet girls. Elias is Helena's boyfriend and just recently was baptized.
