Celebrating Kennedy's Birthday Again

This year we let Kennedy have her 1st "friend" birthday party. I am guilty of being lazy about celebrating her birthday with a big to-do since it is so soon after Christmas. I've been able to get away with it since she was young but from now on I'll have to get over myself and just do it. I thought it would be fun to take a few of her friends to Build-A-Bear Workshop and then out to eat lunch. We had a blast. Seriously, it might sound goofy, but I had so much fun! I thought it would be fun to just make it a girls day (with Daddy of course) and it turned out perfectly. We had sent the boys to different places so it was just the girls and us. We had 6 girls total, all in one car! We jammed to Hannah Montana and High School Musical there and back. At the BABW they got to choose their own animal and then stuff the animal and dress it. It was so fun seeing which animals they would choose and then watching them go through the stuffing process. We had a party person named Mariah, who stayed with our group the whole time. The girls were so good and actually a little quiet! Mariah told them that the Workshop they needed to be loud and have fun but they were the opposite! I was starting to think they had become ill on the car ride over! After they had stuffed and dressed their animals we went over to the San Fransisco Oven for pizza, cake and presents! My parents and Amber met us at the party and also my friend Cassie who is Kennedy's friend Loren's mom. They also came to eat with us so it was fun to sit and chat with the adults while the girls ate and talked 4 year old girl talk. :) After we were finished we delivered the girls back to their homes. They were worn out and happy. It was such a fun day!
Here are just a FEW pics. I actually took 168 pictures that day, but I've become so obsessed with using Picnik that I don't want to put any pictures up until they have been edited! So I'll add more later!

From left to right: Malorie, Brooke, Ellie, Kennedy, Tori and Loren

Loren chose this longhorn if you can believe it and she took my reccommendation to name it Bevo. Then she dressed Bevo in a hot pink spaghetti strap dress with hot pink shoes, pink skates and a pink collar and leash. Picture of THAT coming soon.

Cute Tori licking the icing from her fingers!

Kennedy loves boots, she is so cute when she wears tights and boots.
